Leaky building claims in Nelson down

Information released by the Department of Building and Housing's Weathertight Homes Resolution Service shows that there were 6 active claims covering 6 properties in the Nelson area at 30 September 2011. 99% of Tasman District Council's resource consent applications processed on time

The Tasman District Council processed 99% of their resource consent applications processed on schedule with Nelson City Council processing 89% on time. The national average sits at 95%.
