Document delivery charges

$15 per item plus photocopying for requests such as, but not limited to:

  • unreported judgments and tribunal decisions
  • reported judgments
  • journal articles
  • excerpts from texts
  • excerpts from statutes and regulations
  • Gazette notices

Urgent (within 2 hours)

  • $20 per item

Track and trace

Charged at a pro rata research rate of up to $40 per 15 mins for:

  • mis-cited or incorrect citations
  • liaison with other libraries

Research charges

  • $40 per 15-minute unit

Urgent fee (within 4 hours)

  • $60 per 15-minute unit

Photocopying/printing/scanning

  • 30c per page (by staff)

Photocopying/printing/scanning

  • 30c per page (by staff)
  • 20c per page (by user)

Email/fax

No charge.

Inter-library loans

Requests from other libraries:

  • $45 for non urgent interloan
  • $65 for urgent interloan
  • International Interloans at cost

Requests supplied to other libraries:

  • $20 for non urgent supply
  • $40 for urgent supply

Westlaw /Lexis

  • Copy of a case: Document delivery charge plus additional $15.
  • Research: Database charge where applicable in addition to normal research charge
