Legal services fees up in 2011

The latest producers price index from Statistics New Zealand shows that fees for legal services (personal and corporate) rose by 3.3% during the 2011 calendar year.

This compares to a rise of 0.7% in the 2010 calendar year.

Fees for legal services rose by 0.6% in the final quarter of 2011.
