IACP is an international body that represents approximately 3000 Collaborative Law professionals and consensual dispute resolution specialists from around the globe. Selina’s appointment marks only the second time someone outside of North America has been appointed to the role of President-Elect in the organisation’s 25 year history. She is the first Australasian to hold the role.

Selina’s term as President-Elect commenced at the conclusion of its recent Forum in Toronto. She will commence her term as President of IACP in October 2024.

Selina is Director of Family Law Results and has practised in most areas of family law for 25 years. While her experience in family law is broad, she specialises in assisting clients to resolve family law issues using Collaborative Law, mediation and other out of Court processes. She also has particular interest in, and regularly acts in, adoption and surrogacy law matters.

Selina’s voluntary roles include serving on the Family Law Section’s Advisory Panel. She has previously served on the Committee of Collaborative Resolution NZ as Chair and, since 2020, has been a Director on the Board of Directors of IACP. She is a trainer in Collaborative Law and regularly presents on this and other family law topics here and overseas.
