Kathryn Hickling

As a result of increased workflows, we have created a standalone property team within Ngā Ratonga Ture and are delighted to appoint Kathryn Hickling to lead it.

Kathryn is a property law specialist with over 24 years’ experience in both New Zealand and Australia, with the last four years being here at Auckland Council. Ngā Ratonga Ture is an in-house legal team with over 50 lawyers and legal executives supporting the largest local authority in the Southern Hemisphere.

The challenges and opportunities in the transactional property and land advisory areas are significant. Kathryn will give dedicated focus and care to managing this critical workstream for Tāmaki Makaurau/Auckland.
