Stephanie is an experienced lawyer advising on trusts, private wealth structuring and protection and succession planning. She has primarily advised high net worth clients on succession planning matters and the inter-generational transfer of wealth. She has successfully navigated contentious trust and estate matters with a deep understanding of the clients’ circumstances and objectives.

Catherine has a strong background advising clients in relation to a raft of commercial and residential property matters including property acquisition and development, property finance, subdivisions, commercial leasing, business structuring, as well as more bespoke matters such as assisting international logistic entrepreneurs. Before joining Davenports Law, Catherine was an in-house lawyer for two years, advising on diverse legal areas for corporate conglomerate (including renewable energy, large scale developments, acquisitions, leasing, construction, debt recovery, corporate compliance).
