Dispute Resolution in Practice: Adding Value Through Mediation and Arbitration
Join the New Zealand Law Society and Arbitrators’ and Mediators’ Institute of New Zealand for a practical session exploring how mediation and arbitration can be used effectively in legal practice.
This practical, accessible session will equip lawyers with the insight to use mediation and arbitration more effectively to deliver better outcomes for your clients and add value to their practice.
Drawing on the Arbitrators’ and Mediators’ Institute of New Zealand (AMINZ)’s extensive practitioner network and experience, the session will provide clear, real-world guidance on when and how to engage mediation and arbitration across a range of commercial disputes.
You’ll learn:
• When mediation or arbitration can enhance client outcomes
• How to engage effectively with mediators and arbitrators
• Practical ways to use dispute resolution processes to support your advisory role
• The value these approaches can bring to both clients and legal practice
This is also a valuable opportunity to connect with peers and experienced practitioners from the AMINZ community.
This event is delivered in partnership with AMINZ, the home of dispute resolution professionals in Aotearoa New Zealand.
