The Property Law Section supports property lawyers to meet the challenges of this ever-changing and exciting field of law. To gain membership of the Property Law Section, you must be a member of the New Zealand Law Society and meet certain section criteria.
Membership of a section is complimentary with membership of the Law Society. Members can join more than one section, for an additional subscription.

If you are a member with the Law Society, you may be able to become a member with the Property Law Section.
Membership to one section is complimentary with Law Society membership. Once you become a member, your Law Society membership and section subscription will be included on your practising certificate renewal and membership invoice. The membership year is from 1 July to 30 June.
