General Commercial Practitioner 4+ PQE
Woodward Chrisp, a well-established and thriving law firm in the heart of Gisborne, is seeking an experienced general commercial practitioner to be warmly welcomed into the Property and Commercial Law team.

This team is currently led by a dynamic director and supported by a close-knit team of consultants, lawyers and legal executives working together on a broad range of complex matters.

You will enjoy working across a broad range of practice areas including business advice, business, farm sales and purchases, contracts, forestry, commercial and company law, property law and conveyancing, trusts and estate planning and wills.

This is a full-time position, with excellent prospects for advancement. The role has some flexibility to work from home as and when you need it. The firm boasts modern technology and a solid base of capable and friendly support staff to enable you to get on with the work of being an excellent and trusted lawyer.

  • NZ admitted lawyers with at least 4 years’ PQE 
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen

  • Must be proactive and able to work independently
  • A sense of humour
